Description
Pork meat prepared using lean pork meat, fat, and pork lard flavoured with Hot Calabrian chili pepper which give 'nduja its characteristic fiery taste.
These are all minced together, then stuffed in large sausage casings and smoked, creating a soft large sausage.
Ingredients: Nduja 80% [Pork meat, 15% spicy Calabrian hot pepper cream (95% spicy Calabrian hot peppers, salt), salt, spices, dextrose, antioxidant: E301]; 20 % extra virgin olive oil.
