A naturally leavened Easter cake with delicious lemon cream.

The company was established in Milan by Angelo Vergani in 1944. It produces traditional Italian cake made from selected finest ingredients and using traditional methods of baking.


WHEAT flour, icing cover (11%)(sugar-rehydrated barn EGG white, Almond flour (10.5%) Rice flour, sunflower oil, natural flavours, salt, cocoa powder) sugar, water, BUTTER(MILK), fresh barn EGG yolk, lemon paste (6.5%) (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup-water) LIMONCELLO (1%) (water, ALCOHOL, sugar, infusion of italian lemon peels(12%), natural flavours), Emiulsifiers:mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa BUTTER, homey, salt, whole MILK powder, flavour-natural vanilla flavour.

May contain other NUTS, SOY and MUSTARD.
