From the experience and skill of Tigullio, a new recipe of pesto alla Genovese: Tigullio Cremoso, a delight for the palate thanks to its soft and enveloping texture. Gluten free.
To enjoy all the flavor of GranPesto Tigullio alla Genovese Cremoso, just add a little salt to the cooking water of the pasta and use a spoon to dilute each portion of pesto before mixing it with the pasta.
Store at room temperature. After opening it should be kept in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days adding olive oil.
Ingredients: Sunflower Oil (45%), basil (31%), cashew nuts , the protein milk , cheese Grana Padano DOP (3%) (with of 'protein egg ), salt, cheese Pecorino Romano DOP (2%), sugar , extra virgin olive oil (1%), natural flavours, acidity regulator: lactic acid; garlic, vegetable fibre.
