Mostarda allows us to elevate flavours in an original way
and bring the colours of the summer and plenty of flavour to the table.
Sperlari produces mustard following an accurate process that goes from the selection of the best raw materials, chosen and harvested at the right point of ripeness, up to candying, to then be immersed in a sugary syrup flavoured with mustard, the unmistakable essence that characterizes the produced with an original sweet-spicy flavour.
Ingredients:
Candied Fruits in variable proportions (Apricots, Figs, Pears, Cherries (contains sulphur dioxide), Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, acidity regulator: Citric Acid, colour (E127), Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Mustard flavouring, acidity corrector: Tartaric Acid & Citric Acid.
