Scotti Risotto Alla Tirolese Regionali
A risotto with speck and cream cheese in a recipe made even more precious by the extraordinary quality of our Italian Carnaroli rice.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USE:
Pour the contents of the bag and 600 ml of cold water into a saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for 12 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water is completely absorbed. Use a knob of butter and a few tablespoons of Parmesan to whisk to taste.
