Why are they called cavallucci?The first recipes for cavallucci date back to the 14th century. Thanks to their ability to keep themselves soft, they were the favourite meal of the men responsible for changing horses in post stations and from this characteristic the name comes from.
The Seahorses walnuts are great on their own or combined with a Vin Santo del Chianti classic aroma of honey and candied fruit. Thanks to its characteristics it goes perfectly with the spicy taste of seahorses.

May contain soy , milk , egg , other nuts and sesame seeds .
