The Pumo Negroamaro Salento IGP. A full-bodied, velvety and intense red is born from a medium-textured clayey soil and a thousand-year-old indigenous grape variety.

PRODUCTION AREA : San Marzano (TA), about 100 m above sea level

CULTIVATION : Espalier

HARVEST PERIOD : Second ten days of September

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS : Purple red color with black-violet reflections; intense and persistent aroma, with hints of black currant and berries, spicy, with notes of thyme. Full-bodied, velvety and harmonious wine, with a long and savory finish
