The Pumo Malvasia Sauvignon Salento IGP

The Pumo is a decorative object that for centuries, in Puglia, has adorned balconies and handrails of ancient stairways. Symbol of the abundance and generosity of nature, made of the clay that once nourished the vineyards. 

The Pumo Malvasia Sauvignon Salento PGI. Blend of Malvasia Bianca and Sauvignon Blanc with a floral scent of broom but also citrus. A native vine and an international one for a fresh and mineral wine, with a good acid shoulder.
