Taralli intertwined with fennel with olive oil are a versatile baked product that is always fresh and crunchy.

 Good to eat as a substitute for bread to accompany main meals (lunch and dinner) or as an aperitif or mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. 

They have always been produced following the traditional recipe of the San Lorenzello biscuit tarallo.
