by Antico Frantoio Di Perna - Exclusive to Italian Food Traders.
In 1741, Count Rendina transformed the small village of Campomaggiore into a visionary and futuristic utopian city. An ideal world of freedom and justice, tragically destroyed by a landslide.
Inspired by this local story, this extra virgin olive oil is made from a monocultivar of Coratina olives hand-picked from centuries-old olive trees in Campomaggiore, and offered in designer bottles with a label in stain-resistant natural paper, ennobled in gold.
Produced using traditional techniques by skilled and dedicated artisans and pressed in their own mill - an authentic taste of the unspoiled nature of Basilicata, in the shadow of the Lucanian Dolomites in Southern Italy.
A strong flavoured extra virgin olive oil with an intense fruitiness.
