It is a fruity, sharp, spicy and intense oil, which comes from the cold pressing of the whole olives of Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola, blended.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is, together with the wine, La Planeta's great family passion through which we cultivate the Sicilian land, capturing and interpreting the best expressions in each territory.
With the commitment that distinguishes us in the enhancement of the territory and in the protection of the landscape and nature, we have chosen to dedicate the Capparrina property in Menfi exclusively to the production of our oil.
Here we take care of 150 hectares of olive groves that descend from the hill towards the white beach of Porto Palo di Menfi, 24 times Blue Flag and Green Flag, in a context of great biodiversity in which rare examples of flora and fauna coexist.
Through our oils we are happy to help consolidate and spread the culture of quality extra virgin olive oil, in the kitchen as well as at the table.
