Vanilla pods

The vanilla pod is the fruit of a tropical orchid originally from Mexico, now grown mainly on the islands of the Indian Ocean and in other tropical regions. The Vanilla in paneangeli berry gives a fine aroma and harmonious in cakes, creams, puddings, cream, ice cream, syrups and liqueurs.

Each PANEANGELI vanilla pod pack contains 1 vanilla pod .Dosage: one berry is used to flavor 500 ml of milk or other liquid or a dough of 500 g of flour.
It is advisable to keep the berries in their tightly closed tube, away from light and heat sources.

How to use :
cut the berry lengthwise and immerse it in the liquid provided by the recipe, bring to a boil, remove from heat and leave to infuse for 15 minutes; then remove the berry.

For a more intense taste, extract the seeds from the inside of the berry with a knife and add them to the liquid as well.

The black points that remain in the dessert enhance its authenticity, because they testify to the presence of natural vanilla seeds.

If you prefer a seedless dessert, immerse the berry in the liquid without cutting it, bring to a boil and leave to infuse for at least 20 minutes.
