The PANEANGELI Pizza Bella Alta brewer's yeast is ideal for the preparation of high and very soft pizzas and focaccias, because it is enriched with ascorbic acid.


INGREDIENTS: dehydrated yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate; flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.

Pizza Bella Alta brewer's yeast contains 3 bags equal to 3 25 g yeast cubes

HOW TO USE: add to the flour together with 2 teaspoons of sugar. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes, then spread it in the pan, stuff and leave to rise for another 30 minutes before baking. Dose for 500 g of flour. If you use only part of the contents of the sachet, keep the rest in the refrigerator and use within 2 days.
