The Chantilly Cream paneangeli is the modern version of the historic Chantilly cream was born in France back in 1691 to King Louis XVI.
The  Chantilly Cream paneangeli  is easy and quick to prepare: pour into a bowl with high sides 400 ml of whipping cream, cold well, and whisk for 30 seconds at low speed. Gradually add the contents of an envelope and continue whisking at low speed until a thick and full-bodied cream is obtained. 

Each 80 g pack contains 2 bags of  PANEANGELI Chantilly Cream .

Ingredients : sugar, dextrose, modified starch (potato), corn starch, extracted and ground vanilla beans, flavoring, natural flavoring, coloring (carotenes).
The product may contain WHEAT, MILK, EGGS, NUTS, SOY.

You prepare the Chantilly Cream with the addition of cream, as per tradition, and thanks to PANEANGELI you will get a cream with an exquisite taste and perfect hold, with a few simple gestures:

  • In a bowl with high sides, pour 400 ml of cold whipping cream from the refrigerator and beat for 30 seconds with the electric mixer at low speed. If you work in a very hot environment, we recommend that you chill the bowl and whisk first, for one hour in the refrigerator or 15 minutes in the freezer.
  • Gradually add the contents of an envelope and continue whisking at low speed until a thick and full-bodied cream is obtained. Do not continue with the beating, otherwise the cream will disassemble. Store the ready-to-eat cream in the refrigerator.
