For over fifty years, cantuccini have been produced following an ancient family recipe, which preserves the flavours of the past and PAN DUCALE excellence.
The use of only the best natural ingredients, the careful processing (the cookies are first cooked, then cut and placed on trays, to be cooked again until they become crunchy and golden), make our cantuccini an exclusive specialty.
Whole wheat flour (35%), Raw cane suga, pasteurized fresh eggs, Hazelnuts (10%), Dark chocolate (10%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Butter (cow’s milk), Cocoa, Honey, Salt, Raising agent (ammonium bicarbonate) Natural flavourings.
Contains Hazelnuts, Eggs, Gluten Milk and Soy. May contain traces of other tree nuts and sesame.
