Type 1 flour is not very refined and obtained from stone grinding which preserves the wheat germ.
We enriched it with a little flour type one from ancient grains and with sourdough freshened every day, to give intense aromas and flavours.
Ideal for: Excellent in all savory and sweet recipes instead of refined "00" flour
To do well: The less refined flour and the stone-ground wheat germ guarantee more fibre, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, vitamins B1 and B2, but also a crunchy crust and a rustic aroma to make all your specialties extraordinarily tasty and fragrant.
Ingredients: Type 1 soft wheat flour.
