According to our nutritionist, a very balanced recipe: almonds are a concentrated source of calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, potassium, vitamin E, B vitamins, polyunsaturated fatty acids and, in addition, they provide energy and fibre.
They can be considered a real natural supplement and 20-30 g per day are enough.
