Dolce Calabria Fig Ball Baked
A traditional product involving one of the oldest artisan processes. Using oven-cooked figs, which are cooled and closed into balls the size of a fist, formed using approximately twenty figs.
When ready, it is wrapped in dried fig leaves and tied.
