Distilleria Marzadro Grappa With Asperula
Obtained from the infusion of the Woodruff plant in Grappa of selected Trentino mixed pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed.
Woodruff is a perennial herbaceous plant that is harvested in the months of June and July before flowering in the woods of Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone, directly from our distillery.
Woodruff gives Grappa a delicate and fresh taste.
