From the fettucce family, the Bio Integrale Fettuccelle originates in central and southern Italy.
The condiments suitable for Fettuccelle are tomato-based sauces, with vegetables and aromatic herbs and spicy quick sauces, prepared with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli, anchovies and capers.
Fish sauces with shellfish and seafood and "white" sauces prepared with milk cream, mascarpone, soft and fusible cheeses and with the addition of spices such as saffron, horseradish, curry and ginger are also recommended.
