The Conchiglie Rigate, originally from Campania, are today appreciated and widespread throughout Italy.
Their name derives from the shape that recalls that of sea shells and they are one of the most popular formats at the table thanks to their ability to accommodate any condiment.
Particularly suitable in the preparation of oven recipes, with fish or meat sauces, they are excellent in combination with light tomat o sauces, with ricotta or pesto alla genovese.
