VINIFICATION:
Harvesting of the grapes in boxes, soft pressing of the same and fermentation in steel tanks with temperature control at around 15/17 degrees until the sugars are exhausted. Malolactic fermentation when necessary.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, persistent fresh aroma with floral and fresh fruit notes. The flavor is dry, pleasantly dry, pleasantly fresh and harmonious.
PAIRINGS:
Excellent as an aperitif, it is best enjoyed with cold appetizers, fish dishes, molluscs and crustaceans.
