Ricciarelli take their name from Ricciardetto della Gherardesca who, returning from the crusades, brought back some almond paste sweets to Tuscany which immediately had, and still have today, an undisputed success.

sugar – almonds 34% – pistachio 11% – icing sugar 7% (sugar, corn starch) – soluble chicory fibre – pasteurized fresh free-range egg white – flavourings – preservative: sorbic acid – leavening agent: ammonium hydrogen carbonate – salt.
