Obtained from the infusion of Licorice root in Grappa of selected Trentino mixed pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed.
Licorice is a perennial plant of the Leguminosae family. Strongly aromatic, Licorice gives Grappa a particular and strong taste.
