Distilleria Marzadro Grappa With Cumin
Obtained from the cold infusion of Cumin seeds in Grappa of selected Trentino mixed pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed.
Cumin (Carum Carvi) is a spice whose flowering spans spring and summer, it is known above all for its fruits, also called seeds, with excellent aromatic properties.
The slightly spicy flavor gives the Grappa a characteristic taste.
