Apple pie mix
Delicious soft dough, ideal for the preparation of the typical apple pie.
A simple and tasty cake.
The package contains:
308 g of mixture for the dough
125 g of butter, 2 medium eggs (60-65 g), 3 apples (500 g), 2 tablespoons of sugar (50 g)
Preparing it is very easy!
Peel the apples, cut two into slices and mix them with a spoonful of sugar.
Pour the mixture, butter, eggs into the bowl and beat at maximum speed for 3 minutes, then add the third apple cut into cubes.
Pour everything into the greased and floured cake pan (Ø 24 - 26 cm) and level with the back of a spoon.
Cover the surface with the apple slices and sprinkle with a spoonful of sugar.
Cook for about an hour.
Electric oven: lower shelf 190 °
Convection oven: lower shelf 170 °
Gas oven: medium shelf 200 °
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes then take it out of the mould.
Store the ready-to-eat cake in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: soft WHEAT flour, sugar, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; concentrated lemon juice powder, natural lemon flavour with other natural flavours.
Store in a cool and dry place.
