Lemon Cake
A fresh and delicate cake: a soft lemon cream covered with a fresh lemon jelly on a crunchy biscuit base.
To be prepared by adding fresh milk.
From today without palm oil.
The package contains:
- 110 g of cream mix
- 65 g of instant gelatin preparation
- 120 g of cake base mix
- 1 cake mold
You add:
- 300 ml of cold milk from the refrigerator
- 100 ml of cold refrigerator water
- 75 g of butter
- lemon slices for decoration

Preparation
Prepare the cake base
- Assemble the mold following the instructions and transfer it to a plate.
- Melt the butter in the saucepan over medium heat, remove it from the heat, add the cake base mix and mix well.
- Distribute on the base of the mold pressing well with a spoon, so as to obtain a uniform and compact base.
- Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
Make the cream
- Pour the cold milk from the refrigerator into a high-sided bowl, add the cream mix, mix with the electric mixer on low speed, then whisk for 4 minutes at maximum speed.
- Spread the cream on the cake base and level with the spoon.
The final touch
- Pour the gelatin preparation (white bag) into a bowl and gradually add the cold water from the refrigerator, beat with forks until smooth.
- Distribute the gelatin evenly over the cake, using a spoon.
- To taste, decorate with lemon slices.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, remove the ring from the mold with the help of a wet knife.
- It is advisable to consume the cold cake from the refrigerator.
