Cameo Panna Cotta With Wild Berries Topping

A vanilla flavoured white base covered with a delicious berry topping.

Add 200 ml of whipping or cooking cream and 300 ml of milk.

Prepare the mold following the instructions.
Boil the cream and milk in a saucepan.
Remove from heat, add the contents of the large bag, mixing well.
Bring back to a boil and boil over high heat for 2 minutes, continuing to stir.
Pour the cream into the mold and let it cool.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
To serve, remove the Panna Cotta from the sides of the mold with the help of a knife, lower the flaps, arrange on the saucers and decorate with the berries topping.

Keep the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator.

Preparation for panna cotta (67 g): sugar, food gelatin, starch, stabilizer: xanthan gum; gelling agent: carrageenan; aromas.
Forest fruit garnish (40 g; 37%): sugar, wild berries in variable proportions 35% (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries), glucose syrup, modified starch, thickener: carrageenan; acidity regulator: citric acid; aromas.
