Add 200 ml of whipping or cooking cream and 300 ml of milk
Assemble the mould following the instructions indicated. Boil the cream and milk in a saucepan.
Remove from heat, add the contents of the large bag, mixing well. Bring back to a boil and boil over high heat for 2 minutes, continuing to stir.
Pour the cream into the mould and let it cool. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. To serve, remove the Panna Cotta from the sides of the mould with the help of a knife, lower the edges, arrange in the saucers and decorate with the caramelized.
Keep the product ready for consumption in the refrigerator.
