Shortbread with apricot jam, filled and shaped by hand
Ingredients puff pastry:
Wheat meal, margarine (vegetable oils and fats – palm, rapeseed and sunflower – oil, water, concentrated butter 2,4%, whey powder, emulsifying agent: E471, sunflower lecithin, salt, honey, flavours, preservative agent: potassium sorbate, acidifying agent: citric acid, antioxidants: E306 – E304, colouring agent: carotenes), sugar, eggs, rice meal, leavening agents (sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate), whey powder, honey, salt, emulsifying agent: soy lecithin, flavours.
Filling Ingredients : apricot jam (25%): :
glucose-fructose syrup, 45% apricot puree, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavours.
It may contain traces of other nuts (almonds).
