Bristot 1957 Maraschini Ciliegia
This tea cake is freely inspired by Maraschino, a typical Middle Eastern that has for centuries been produced in the city of Zadar in Croatia, prepared with cherries.

Filling Ingredients – cherry jam (25%): Glucose-fructose syrup, 40% cherry puree, sugar, red fruit puree (4% – elderberry), gelling agent: pectin, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservative: sorbate potassium, flavours.
