This colomba dough is embellished by the two-flavour cream filling. With a sprinkling of sweetened cocoa.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar, eggs, butter, glucose- fructose syrup, natural yeast (wheat), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower oil, cream (1,1%), chocolate (0,9%), dextrose, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavourings, milk powder, alcohol, egg yolk, thickening agents: pectin-sodium alginate, preservative: potassium sorbate, colouring agent: titanium dioxide.
Sugared cocoa powder sachet (3%): low-fat cocoa powder, powdered sugar, wheat starch.
May contain nuts and soy.
