The Bauli croissants are made using a long natural leavening process.
Water and flour are progressively added to the natural yeast to create a croissant dough without the use of chemical additives, allowing it to rise naturally.
After 18 hours of leavening the croissants have the right softness, flavour and unique aroma. They stay fresh for much longer than regular bread or cakes, without any preservatives inside.
They are all individually wrapped: the perfect Italian breakfast or snack on the go!
CREAM WITH MADAGASCAR VANILLA
Ingredients: Custard 30% [sugar, glucose syrup, water, palm vegetable fat, skimmed MILK powder, EGG YOLK (6% in the cream, corresponding to 1.8% of the total), flavors, thickeners: pectin, preservatives : potassium sorbate, vanilla bean extract, salt], soft WHEAT flour, vegetable margarine (palm fat, water, sunflower oil), natural yeast ( WHEAT ), sugar, fresh EGGS (5%), syrup glucose-fructose, high quality pasteurized fresh MILK (1.2%), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavors, salt, pea proteins, dextrose.
