Barilla Emiliane Garganelli Egg
Traditionally, the Garganelli were prepared by rolling the squares of puff pastry around a wooden stick, which were then passed on a weaving comb that drew the characteristic streak on the pastry.
Barilla has recovered tradition by re-proposing the Garganelli Barilla Emiliane: thin curls of rough and porous egg puff pastry rolled up to leave pointed and oblique ends.
