Ideal for flavoring risottos, sauces and dressings, tasty meat dishes and refined vegetable side dishes.

Gently rinse the mushrooms in cold water, then soak them in warm water for 20 minutes before use. Once found they can be used in your recipes. For a better yield of the mushrooms it is advisable to keep the water, suitably filtered with a gauze or a sieve, and add it during cooking.
Before drying, the porcini mushrooms are carefully cleaned: however, they may show traces of soil or other impurities that the user will take care to remove.
