Description
The single-fruit mustard is obtained from selected fruit, candied and placed in glucose syrup with the addition of mustard essence in such a quantity as to make the product mustard.
It is served with boiled and boiled meats and cheeses.
Pair with: Cooked cured meats , boiled meats , roasts , meats & cured meats
