Delicate egg pasta that wraps a tasty cheese filling. Perfect both in broth and dry.

How to prepare them:
In a pot:  cook in abundant salted water at the beginning of the boil for 16 minutes. Season with melted butter in a pan, slightly darkened and flavoured with sage. Alternatively, enjoy them in broth.
